Your quite right !! , but the slow under-powered trucks held up my 1959 Ford Customline & Caravan .

1959 was the Fairlane 500 & 300 & Ranch Wagon. OHV Customline was 1955-58. A Customline with Y-block was 162 SAE Gross horsepower. About 120-130 on the scale used today. Hardly a ball of fire but very good at using fuel.

Australian Ford Customline production/asembly ended in September 1959 with the introduction of the Fairlane 500 , custom 300 and ranchwagon in September 1959.

Mine was a 1959 Ford Customline Star of the year .

Heavy vehicle operators can only work limited hours in a day. Being held up for quarter of an hour by inconsiderate and/or incompetent light vehicle drivers can cost thousnds of dollars.
Your claims about wills and pill popping demonstrate that you will repeat rumours and tongue in cheek remarks as fact. You know less about my industry than I know about schools.

When I order a coffee and answer the sugar question with "no thanks", I usually get the reply of "sweet enough hey?".

My reply to that is "no, just happy being sour".

He's not as silly as someone that relies on perfect traffic conditions over thousands of highway kilometers, every single day of their working lives,, and when they miss by 15 minutes lose thosands of dollars..

as a business model that sucks the big one.......

trucks haven't been slow for 40 yrs....but they have been speed restricted
