My sister will soon have to put in her pronouns for her government work profile and she simply refuses to follow that garbage. That is until I told her to put her pronouns as 'Who/Where' and her orientation as 'transparent'. She is a lot happier now!

Having spent time producing process maps for IT projects you would not (or perhaps would) believe some of the conversations about what actually happens and what those who work there believe occurs.
This heaped on top of the system provider who for cost reasons does not want to change the perfect system they already gave. Hence same problems seen across multiple companies
Many times a customer journey is not included in the process as it would cost or removing meets some objective that is not related to the real life customer journey. Often this is to make life easier for someone and that is not the customer/user
I've decided that if I am ever in a position wherein I am forced to state my preferred personal pronoun on a signature block (which I won't be and I won't, but I digress...), I am going to opt for "Xenon". I think it will make me sound kind of cool and inter-galactic.
