We are on the Do Not Call Pegister .Charities & Politicians are not covered by the Do Not Call Register , o yes also scamers .
We are having major problems with our NBN at the moment so that seams to have stopped the calls. It has been off since about 1.00PM & only just came back on 15 min's ago.

For some it's not that easy. Up until my mum felt the 'Big Eraser' we had to have a landline. We are still in the same position, as the person who shares the property with us, has the same situation.

I have to say that, as I'm home on my Pat Malone for a lot and don't have many friends, I do enjoy receiving a phone call from someone, so as to have a chat.

A landline for safety alert monitoring is good. And doesn’t need a handset in many cases [emoji6]
