But get this! Just been told by her Sis that only 2 weeks prior she had also won another grand.
Did I marry the wrong Sister? Might have done.[biggrin]

Entered the RSL Gold Coast (?) house thing for many years but after spending what seemed like $ 10 million & not winning a block of Apartments there & a Block in Sinney I decided it was a Mugs game & packed it in.
Maybe I should have asked S i L to take out the tickets & you never know I might have been your next doors. OMFG![biggrin]
I've never bought a Lotto ticket. I have no idea how to fill one out.
The only tickets I buy are from the Vietnam Vets when they sell raffle tickets at our local shopping centre. I look it as a donation.
There used to be a law that only a maximum of 85% of money could be returned as prizes, but I'm not sure if that is still the case.
I've been putting in lotto tickets for years and never won more than $50,
My mum snagged $2300 one week then her side fence blew down in the strong winds so that was gone.
Was in Safeway (before they all went to Woolies) to buy a bottle of Jack and the teller said do you want to enter the comp for the Jack Daniels Guitar. I filled it out and forgot about it. Two months later I got a phone call telling me I had won it. They couldn't work out how to untie it from the promo box so they gave me the whole deal. [biggrin]
