Thread: Enforced Holiday.

My Boss thinks I am doing this deliberatly. (Thankfully with a chuckle.)
Left for Cloncurry from Doomadgee Friday for a couple of days off & to pick up my semi beloved D2.
The trip down was all good, shallow water in the rivers but nothing to stress over even driving an X-Trail.
Comes to today, Monday, when I am supposed to drive back & rivers are up all over the place.
I phoned & got 1 of my staff to drive the 70km up to the Gregory River to have a look, he couldn't even get that far as the 2 creeks before the river were up.
We will have a look again tomorrow & Wednesday if required & see what happens. Generally the rivers & creeks up our way can go up & down pretty quickly.
Bit of a pain though as I have a lot of work on.
