Bob in that session did you have the District Nurse explaining what happens when you arrive at a "Pop Up" Step by step? I'm guessing it may have been her first time on camera.

I hadn't seen that happen previously & the only problem was she spoke too fast. Really, someone should have slowed her down because I thought what she had to say was certainly informative & confidence boosting.

The unfortunate thing is Des, the media smell blood in the water. It makes it very difficult for who ever steps up to get the message across. All they want to do is get out of there. Not much decorum shown.
