I read that Mexico recently closed its border to the USA to keep out infected Americans trying to leave the US to serk safety in Mexico. Bet Trump loved that.

The US most likely didn't accept Mexico's 50 to 1 deal so they closed the border[biggrin][bigwhistle]

My PTSD just kicked in. In San Diego (California) Drove to mecico with 4 ship mates. One of whom thought little tourist trap bottles of Tequila was the coolest and brought a few hundred 100ml bottles complete with a worm! Coming back across the boarder was ok even without passports honest - BUT and it was a BIG BITTT The US board guards told us to pull back a bit and drink all but 10 of the bottles. Being Nice to Aussie sailors gave me the worst hang over of my life[biggrin] Tax that stuff to death- This Mexican will not care a bit.

PS Wall QLD boarder busting trip to the top of the cape in planning at present. Just try and stop this GRINGO in a Disco [biggrin][biggrin][biggrin][biggrin]

Should I promise to have one or two pairs of underwear to keep up to Qlder standards? :)

I just read a blog of a Tip Trip, done in 2015. You can't be the first to do the trip in a Hyundai Getz. :no2:
The only issues the little Korean suffered were a few pieces of broken, external plastic. I hope your Disco is as reliable.
