A mate up in Cairns has had a bit of bad luck, got a bug in his foot, lost his toes, now they have had to cut the lower part of his leg off, below the knee. Still has his sense of humour, when I told him I was going to buy him a parrot for Xmas, he said don't get an ugly one. In contact with his wife, if things get worse, a couple of us are on the way up. Couldn't give a stuff about the kiss and giggle game. Besides, we can't believe how many Vics are up here already now.
