And it is still an outbreak. Victoria waited too long, much better to act quick and act early.

SA acted correctly based on the info they had, the measures would not have have been as strict but still quick action was needed as community transmission has returned and it has shed light on more bad practices around the hotel quarantine process.

But full marks to NSW for having faith in their own ability to control the risk without closing borders to SA.

And this thread just passed 8,000 posts. Will it hit 10,000 by the end of the year and when will it crash the AULRO forum?

It may not be a chargeable offence to Lie in SA (bull**** yes) but I bet some Trader may make a Civil Action out of it having lost perishable goods etc etc, for instance, & Sue him. Now, whether he has sufficient collateral & funds behind him will of course will be another point in that decision but it seems unlikely from his circumstances.

I think they need to bring Yes Minister back.....so much more new material they could use - and that is just in Australia.
