A New Zealand woman infected with the highly infectious variant of COVID-19 first detected in South Africa visited around 30 sites before her case was detected.

There's some pretty scary outcomes in that.

First Govt cabinet meeting of the year today. C-19 in Northland to be top of the agenda. I think a lock down looms... the geophysical extent will be interesting. The region affected is a busy holiday destination and thoroughfare for summer holidays nationally.
