300 new cases in a day would at the moment be a huge improvement for VIC.
Victoria has had more deaths and more COV19 cases than the rest of Australia put together So it isn't a "SMALL" number of people that have been affected by this virus.
Downplaying the effect that this virus has been having especially in VIC is Lunacy and implying that it isn't infected people that are infecting others is BS.
Maybe you should personally tell the people of Victoria that are now in level4 lockdown that they have nothing to worry about because you think that the all the deaths and the hundreds of new cases a day are insignificant.
Before you do that though make sure you have an advance booking at an orthodontist because I am certain that you will be in need their services afterwards
