I now have funding approved from the NDIS its taken just over 4 months, now I have to go through the process Via a co ordinator and the OT to get my electric wheel chair designed to fit my needs and manufactuerd after the quote is submitted to NDIS. so I think it will be closer to xmas before I'm mobile. With the virus things are realy slow.
I need a chair as a scooter would not be practical for me in the house etc..
There are 4wd chairs . avail in camo or flames [thumbsupbig]

congratulations on NDIS!! I was recently accepted on it too!!! I hope your electric wheelchair is sooner than you think :) They look fab! I have a mate with the top one.Super cool with flames! I preferred the mobility scooter as the power chair I was a bit uncomfy on and it made me dizzy, house has been an issue as scooter as you say, does not fit, but I have a manual wheelchair coming with a smart drive to power it and push for me. Currently have a wheelchair on loan but self propel is a struggle as have upper body disabilities as well as legs. There are so many cool mobility devices these days, it is wonderful :) My trusty landie will be having some different modifcations done to assist me to keep driving as well.
I love my D2 :D My Impala is under the tarp, and my HQ panelvan is between it and my disco. They are about to go into a shed and be locked up safe and sound and so I can work in them a bit easier. I am my own woman again so finally able to get stuck into my metal loves :) Bonus my dad is now home too as his work has slowed with the virus so he can help me with things now haha!
You must not have a rating system for mobility scooter types.
And DUI can only apply to anything recognised as a Vehicle under the definitions [emoji6]
A skateboard is not a vehicle.
