If you don’t disinfect between the job and answering the phone you’ve potentially put the virus to your head What Disinfectant For CV Explained.
You’ll be amazed how many times you touch your face though, without realising it, or after the fact.

Yep, everytime I'm back to the ute I'm wiping everything down as best I can

[Edit] back in the day I used to spray air con filters with Glenn 20, I needed to back when it was ok to smoke in an office.

A pharmacist said soap is best, alcohol-based sanitisers are next best, but if you can't get them, dishwashing fluid can also do some good. Washing hands purely with water doesn't kill it, but can wash it off the hands.

Another tip is to wear gloves when handling the pumps at servos, as people can leave it on the handles.
Door handles, particularly in publuc toilets, and rails in shopping centres are other dodgy surfaces.
We have put a packet of disposable gloves in the Defender.
Wearing a face mask wont give much protection from sneezing because they only protect the mouth and nose, but globules can go all over the head. If you are sick, wearing a face mask can stop you from spraying it on other people. So I assume people wearing a face mask are sick.

I suppose using IPA as a disinfectant is better than drinking it.

Surgical masks are next to useless, need N95 masks. I would wear my spray painting or woodworking filter mask before using a surgical mask. Surgical masks are only good for about 15 to 20 minutes.

I wonder how effective Eucalyptus oil is against Covid 19?

I went to a site today and the manager refused to sign on my iPad,due to the virus.
He only had to touch it with his fingernail,as i put it on the desk and walked back from it.

Yes,waterless sanitiser is by far the most convenient for the work ute or van,but its hard to get hold of.

I'm waiting for this to happen.

One of our sites we now need to phone ahead, phone when on-site, log in remotely, then open they door to the manager office and drop the keys we need, step back, and we pick them up.

The original TLA for IPA - Indian Pale Ale
Term is common and a till in use today.

Isopropyl Alcohol on the other hand is closely related to Acetone. It is a CNS depressant and absorbed by the skin. It can cause many complications including respiratory depression, shock, low blood pressure and vomiting amongst others.
