Yeah I have thought about self isolating in the bush somewhere, with a good book and a campfire..
I might have to do it in my front yard instead!

Nothing's changed. I have no extra spare time.
I have done all the maintenance on the boat including new wiring, switches and a flash new fusebox, Serviced the D2a and the 79 Series and now I am flat out creating a new veggie patch seeing as we wont be making our annual "Pilgrimage" North this year

I'm interested in finding out what short term crops you guys can grow.....unless you are thinking longer term than me. It takes weeks from seeds to seedlings , then weeks more to produce anything of edible size.
Fortunately for us, we have been pretty self sufficient with vegies for yonks. I'd suggest things like carrot, zucchini, turnip and pumpkin. I stagger the sowing so as to keep, hopefully, an on going supply.
We also use a lot of Ceylon spinach as a green but, you have to keep an eye on it as it's a prolific grower. Carrots and turnips will show in week or two.
