.....& when you reach over/around your bonce you hit your knuckles & or skin your elbow on some chassis bit that LR believed was relevant to the strength.

    Oh yes,been there.

Not really, no point if one can't use it. I just wipe it with a dirty greasy rag so it doesn't rust & put it in my toolbox. Well you would wouldn't you?

My feel good days started when I found $2 for blue stone. it was a mere mostly 900*500*40 and a smart mum of mine suggested it was cheap as no one in there right mind would lift it. She nailed it as Disco towed 3.5 tones back to my place. Fork lift loaded the 3 pallets. Guess who did the rest

tile done.jpg Part one now I can walk again at last.

Yes, well known behaviour of tools, although in my case their preferred location is under the creeper I am lying on.

Also, has anyone noticed that, for example, the spanner size for that level plug, that you take out every service, is no longer the same as it was last time? Well not the size that you are absolutely sure it was, anyway.

I have no idea Dave, in my day it was always a copy of "Man Junior", remember those, they just fitted in nicely to one's Leather school bag.

Later one graduated to "Man" magazine & as it is said "The rest is history".

That's good to know your home brewing next doors has moved house. I never thought it was ever a good idea having a beer tap screwed to your side of the dividing fence.

James, one has to win one every now & then with the Blue stone. Very lucky.

The COVID-19 & Corona free thread. I did lose a spanner to the bottom but just manoeuvre to reach it from where I was, or get down on the ground. Just takes a bit longer than most The COVID-19 & Corona free thread.

Doesn't everyone? It's usually the most thumbed of all the technical publications.

Of course it isn't one, but it fits the description of my tool. Ahem, not "My Tool" you understand, although it has been admired from time to time but alas, not lately., that would be silly, but it is the tool that is on my shelf next to the magnet on a stick, if you get my drift?

Am I digging a huge hole here? I'll go then.
Sounds like another job for the "pickled onion grabber"... and yes, those " " work well.

Hole digging is a spectator sport.
