Don't you hate it when some people know it all?

    AStPW!!
His recent vid lambasting the recent journo releases about the new defender has to be a great laugh!
I hate to admit, I do like his channel, but only for the travel content.
Any of the tech videos he releases, I generally ignore.

But his recent vid re the Defender release has him reminiscing of his younger days when the D2 was released and he was part of the in crowd back then.

I won't explain his gaff about the D2's inner workings, but the hint is at about the 13min mark he goes on a bit about how well he knows the D2.
Don't have to watch the whole vid, just a min or two from about the 12:30 mark and listen to what he says on the specs of the D2.

A bit further along he then compares driving the D1 vs the D2 to show us all the differences between the two.
The humourous part tho is his self assessment that "he knows how to drive off road"
    His arrogance is amazing!
I think the (SA) LR person was right in that he needs a bit of re-edumacation.
I'd be curious if anyone else notices what he's done wrong/differently.
    Arthur.

Good to know though that the D2 auto has a viscous centre diff. Makes it so much better than the manual Don't you hate it when some people know it all?. This isn't the first time he has said this. We won't mention that the D2 unlocked needs some practice to drive the traction control properly...its not quite point and shoot.

    Cheers

Here in Qld, a Cane Toad refers to them what live in NSW.
I agree that his videos have some great points, but he should not be let to explain anything more mechanically complex than a folding chair.
