I'd like to thank all the people who have PMed me offering to donate parts, you know who you are. The car is going to be checked over next week, that will give us a more accurate idea of which way needs to be headed.
Thanks also to the people who have already bought tickets, without your support we'd be going nowhere.

Sorry, I thought the details were adequate. I've edited the first post.

I actually believe it was built very early 2000 according to the vin number as its Model year is Y (2000) but then the rest of those numbers are nearer to the end of that build range so I am estimating it is one from the second half of LR build year (June July) and was probably built in Jan 2000 RAFFLE, again. that is as much as I know and understand though

There should be a plate on them giving you the month and year of the build ( not Aus compliance which is on the VIN plate)

    Interim Update.

I'm having problems connecting my old lappy to the w.w.w., I wish I knew a computer dude.
To keep you all in the loop, I've taken a photo of the screen. The highlighted amounts in the paid column are cleared funds.

I don't know where that is even though I'm sure I've seen it before RAFFLE, again. ( looked everywhere today but my boot wont open if that plate is in there somewhere) but it is a 2000 disco 2 and almost 415000km on the clock RAFFLE, again.

I think it's on the radiator support panel, Epic.

Great news, the balance is $921.00 (uncleared), we haven't got out of second gear yet.
Thank-you to all the generous folk who have come on board as team members and in advance to those who intend to. It should make us proud to be Australian and members of caring and compassionate Land Rover community.
