I was so keen to smash my previous record of what I can carry in my wheelchair
Do I need to let the mechanics know the delivery is inbound or have you already been in contact? The hose is coming to my po box,I expect it to arrive today but won't get to check till tomorrow

Due to the size and weight of the bits, they cannot be sent to Leonie's post box. Transport will be delivering them direct to Adelaide Hills Mechanical and Tyre Service. That will at least remove a hazard for the good folk (and Des ) of Adelaide Hills, negating the need for a strange woman in a wheelchair, trundling up the footpath, trying to balance half a ton and ten cubic metres of quality Land Rover on her lap.

I've spoken to the workshop, to let them know the parts are on the way. Once they have arrived, the shop will call you to let you know when the car is booked in. I have to email them your phone number.

Also, too excited not to share my wonderful wheelchair man sent me the first picture of my new wheelchair. Ndis were so fast on this Its my third wheelchair, as the second and one I am currently using is a friends of mine and on loan. Ill miss it as it's shown me how a wheelchair should be and allowed me to get around a house on my own! My original I am giving to another friend in need, once mine is with me, it will be off to her. (Kept incase my friend needed hers back before mine arrived)

Purple is my favourite colour Final fitting and adjustments next Friday and it also comes home that day also the same day as my Nana's funeral
