    Show us your dipstick

    I made a joke about calling a thread 'Show us your dipstick' to see if it produced 'interesting' pics.
    Evo thought it was a great idea for a thread. I suppose there have been sillier threads in the past. Show us your dipstick
    So, here you go Evo, this is George the Defender's dipstick. Puma engines are quite tall, so it's a long dipstick.

    I was actually being pretty facetious. I'm not a fan of his personally, but I can't in any way, shape or form criticize the job he's done thus far in putting WA first. To put it another way, I may not like him, but I have respect for what he's done and the way he's gone about it.

    Not impressed about the games at the stadium over the last week or so, but we'll see if anything falls out of that. And there ya go. In one post I've derailed the entire thread.

    I have 4 of them, but they are 2,800Km and several lockdown zones away. The Holden I'm driving probably has one, but I don't want to open the bonnet for fear of it falling off. It is a Holden after all.

    In the mid 1980's I used to drink at the Salisbury in Brisbane. There were two brothers who spent a lot of time and money there whose nicknames were Sump Plug and Dipstick. They were grubby fellows who looked like they had just crawled out of a vehicle sump hence the nicknames. Dipstick once won a gallon bottle of Bundy rum in the Saturday raffles. He was not sighted at the pub or his place of employment until the next Friday looking like he had just been dragged up a sewer backwards and VERY hungover.
