More than a year ago and I still think this was rude. I rang and ordered a taxi at least an hour beforehand and told them I wanted to leave at 14-00, at 13-50 after I'd just got out of the shower I get a few missed calls anda call from the taxi driver saying he was there and wanted to leave, I told him sorry he would have to wait while I got ready!

I don't think the drivers really mind though as it gets them away from the madding crowd for a while amidst native vegetation & clean air.
Has happened here on the odd occasion as we are a bit remote, so they have to wait unless it is really crap weather when they may be asked if they want to get out of the Heat or Cold. We do try to hurry ourselves though but a time is a time at the end of the day.
