I will be sending an email to the company about this shipping Co & if ordering from O/S next time will ask if there is another shipping Co they can use. The problem with old BMW's the US & in some cases UK are the only places I can buy parts & I need to be careful with the US parts because they are for LHD vehicles , even the radiator hoses are different. I find even Repco list hoses for LHD & not RHD vehicles . I know there is always the BMW dealer but I need to sell one of my kidneys to afford them.
Write a letter to the CEO with their name then title then the rest of the corporate address on the envelope, and on the header of your letter. Describe your grievance, pretty sure you'll get a response.

Over a month ago I ordered some A/C parts from the USA for my 1984 BMW , there was two parts. the company in the US contracted a large international shipping Co to deliver . the parts were PU within a couple of days & shipped to another state to be flown to AU , about two weeks the parts were in Victoria were they sat for two weeks before the tracking showed they were on the move again every day the tracking showed a different delivery date . Then we were going out one day 7 days before the due delivery date when a van pulled up out side our house so I stopped to ask if he had a delivery for us & was told no he was just parking so we left. On returning 1/2hr later we found a large package on our driveway leaning up against the gate that leads to the back yard only about 4M from the gutter & in full view from the street( instructions were for it to be left at front door which can not be seen from the road. When I opened the box I found it was only half the order. I gave the company a couple of days to finish the delivery before contacting them & they would not tell me anything because I was not the sender, so I contacted the seller only to be told to chase it up my self. One week later I received a new tracking notification stating the the second delivery was delayed & there was no estimated delivery. I continued getting this same tracking information for another week& a half . I then contacted the shipping co again to ask were it was & why the delay to be told that I needed to pay GST , import deputy. plus another fee. I payed this fee on Tuesday this week then yesterday received the 1st tracking info since paying stating it was in Brisbane, I received the same email every hour that day & then the final one stating the delivery would be Friday by 5PM . We were home all day Thursday , the only time i left the house was to check the mail box at around 4.30PM . I found a card from the shipping Co saying they had tried to deliver my package but no one was home @ 1.30PMso had taken it to one of there agents for me to PU & I needed to go on line to find out were it was . I needed to have a Con not number to access this info which the deliver had not provided . I eventually found out the package was at our local news agency so picked up the box that looks like some one had used as a football this morning. Lucky for me the supplier had put the part in another box inside with lots of packing material around it.
This is the second time this shipping Co has delivered parts to me , the first from Craddock's , booth times were a complete disaster. My LR parts Pre GST & no customs charges from Craddock's which I paid for express shipping & was to take two days & ended up being a month. So you think AP is bad this company will never get my business again
The couriers don't like to hang around, the other day I was working in the front garden and went inside to wash my hands, when I came out pro'ly only 2 mins later, a package was at my front door and I didn't hear any knocking, not delivered by Aus Post, so they might all be equally as bad. In the past I've left instructions for the item to be left in a wooden box I have at the front door, only to find the item sticking out of the box in full view of the street, when it would've fitted in the box without a problem.

Not sure how long it had sitting amongst the tall grass .

    Parcel Delivery .....can't complain.

Ordered a 5kg parcel on tuesday around midday from a business in Sydney.

The company packed and dispatched it via courier to Startrack (Australia Post).

    It arrived 1500hrs today.

btw .....it was delivered in a new electric pantech of about 3-5 tonnes.

very happy with the delivery and very happy to see the new EV.

Australia post received our parcel in Sydney on 23/09/21. Is still in Sydney. We’re in Adelaide not Antarctica, so I would have expected it to at least move a little bit in 2 weeks. I could have driven over, back and isolated and still have the parcel faster

Just took delivery of a consignment from Paddocks in the UK.
With the truck issue in the UK and the general delay in Overseas deliveries since the start of the pandemic I was expecting to wait a couple of weeks.

DHL took 4 days from collection to delivery.

Someone posted something in Castlemaine to me a few months ago and it took two weeks via Australia Post. I was given a tracking number and every time I checked it told me that it was at Castlemaine.....then it turned up !

Have had the same. It seems as though Tracking ceases when something is on the road from the last check point. Who can say ?
