2005 D3 TDv6S were same price new at the beginning of the year - could still be had if you shop and bargain and deal - more fruit in the D3 though.
I agree - about $10k too much - it is a 2year old car now.

Tell 'im he's dreamin' son.
It's probably been used as a car to drive to the station and back each day. Or the previous owner was too scared to drive it after the rude shock when they first saw the stealers service bill.
Nope. Heated mirrors are good. They've never given any trouble on my P38A.Quote:

... it's TD5, but a defender (... actually for me there's no but, but I know it's totally different to a disco).
Vehicle is fully kitted out - not bad value!

yes its a seven seater,
has no sidemouldings,,
no flares,
and as for the extras listed--
forget it,
its a generic listing,,
only way to be sure is to physically see the vehicle.
trust me on this--
I could have bought a "burnt orange" one with 18's,, beautiful car,,
but didnt have ACE.
I think this car was a yard demo and they have just gotten stuck with it. I will make them an offer over the phone and if they are keen to negotiate I will take a drive down to have a look.
I reckon I would go as high as $45k.
But wouldn't it be painted Yellow if it is a lemon?

How is 5,600 kms too low in 2 years?
As you say it may well be a genuine 5000 k.... but in my experience that is VERY unlikely. Over 2 years even as a 3rd car... If I drove it from home in the eastern suburbs of Melb to Toolangi to play and back once a month... it would have 6000 plus Ks...with NO other driving.
It's listed with a dealer... it's at least $10,000 over priced... and I am yet to meet a car dealer I trust.... so I would at least investigate why so low...

Right, beeen on me mind the past 24hrs:)
Come to think of it, my disco has done 2,9x10^5 kms, an average in its lifespan of 24,100 kms per year. I have had it only 10 months and done 10,000klms as a learner, so to do 2,500kms a year then something could well be up.
If it was a corolla owned by an 85 year old woman, then it would make sense:p
