You know Bob, it's likely that these are not the people Im talking about.
Must be hard being so “Woke” there Bob [emoji38]
It’s a friggin exam. It gets postponed and they sit again later.
This generation aren’t doing it tough - just the previous one raised a heap too “soft”
Yass High had a bomb threat this week, daughter 1 was unaffected and Daughter 2 was doing her HSC exam offsite at a different venue. I don't reckon it was even likely to be local kids, more likely some bored teenager in his bedroom with a VPN.

Tote
I heard about Yass High - I have one grand daughter there, not doing HSC though (year 9 I think).
Local high school (Kepnock HS) went into lockdown yesterday when a 36YO woman was stabbed in a house across the road. The perp fled into the school yard so all the kids sat on the floor under there desks in locked classrooms for an hour and a half.
I think the only school casualty was that lots of phone batteries went flat [bigwhistle]
When I was in primary school we had a guy trying to outrun police hiding with a rifle.
I remember most of us thought it quite exciting at the time.
And when apprehended were excited to see all the police cars with lights flashing and the ‘bad man’ in handcuffs.
When I was in high school - that guy hiding from the cops would have been another student.
Actually a final year exam getting cancelled can be a good thing - the students get dispensation and a score based on how they averaged during the full year. Being measured on a single set of final exams is pointless and disadvantages those that have a bad day!
