I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food
A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking
We over look Fraser Is from our balcony and last nigh you could see 3 separate fires glowing. But late last night and this morning we are having a good bit of rain so I hope that helps out the firefighters. The Island is covered in cloud and mist right now so I can't see an smoke.

It's a pretty clear day today so I can see Fraser Is pretty well.
There was only a small amount of smoke this morning but it looks to have taken off again. I can't see any smoke on the southern end of the Island but from the middle to the north end looks pretty bad. I'm sure the rain radar shot is smoke and not rain.

A news report this evening said that only rain could stop this fire, it went on to state that no rain was expected in the foreseeable future.
If you don't like trucks, stop buying stuff.
i was supposed to be beach camping at Eli from Dec1-6 and that's now been cancelled by Ntl Parks. 2020 keeps on giving!

I'm relying on my memory here but, with the fires on Fraser a few years ago, I seem to recall that Parks didn't open any of the affected camping areas until they were 'Greened up' again.
Fair enough, too, I suppose.
You blokes could have a bit of a wait, unfortunately.
