Thread: Outstanding Service

I ordered a bedside a Levo workstation on advice of my Yooralla home visit to assiss my AT.
I ordered yesterday ( SAT)
This morning (SUN) I get a message from Levo Aust asking if I can phone them re my order.
I rang Levo and they asked if I was home today as they would like to deliver it. I nearly fell out of my chair, I thought they were going to tell me they are out of stock.
That's really outstanding service

i do have a voice amplifier device with volume control to yell to Heather for that when she's busy doing other things. I don't like using it, but may have to start using it though. It's frustrating when you talk and you think what's coming out of your mouth is ok and the other person gives you a blank look and cant understand or hear what you are saying.
