Even so, if it wasn't of direct interest to CA then it shouldn't be difficult to forward it to the correct section.
It's called Customer Service. Well, most other places it is.

Did you give them a ring? I am also checking a recent bulletin regarding modifications / accessories. Just waiting for a new password to access it.

Farnakle,
I reckon you are wasting your time. All that email will do, will go to some call centre/ in box receiving place.
The person will try work out if they can answer it, but more likely forward it on to someone else, and around and around you go.
You'd be better off working out which dealership you want to buy the thing from, approach the sales team direct with the exact questions or that letter.
You can bet your bum that
a) they will genuinely want to give you an answer as it's in their interests.
b) It will be much quicker and definitive
c) If you get their response in writing, you don't need to worry about being told an answer for the sake of a sale, or being stitched up.
Now stop worrying, stop ginnin around and get in there and buy a D3

Yep, I agree with FE. Decide where you want to purchase it. Give your requirements to them in writing & ensure you get a written reply answering each one of your points.
If they have to go to LRA for clarification, then they will have a more direct, formal route.
Good luck.

Thanks for your posts fellas
Got a reply from LRA -
Land Rover Australia confirms that the installation of aftermarket equipment does not void the New Car Warranty. We do however confirm that if the accessories or modifications cause damage to the vehicle, or directly causes the vehicle to operate outside manufacturers specifications the fault is not considered to be a manufacturing defect and therefore repairs will not be covered under the New Car Warranty.
For information on the New Car Warranty, including terms and conditions, we recommend that you visit our website www.landrover.com.au.
I guess thats sounds pretty reasonable to me - the only prob I can see is if both, LR-A and the Add-on Manufacturer deny responsibility - "wern't me was him" so to speak.
So I guess thats a sort of green light
But I will follow your words of wisdom and get specific answers from the dealer in writing. And the time is rapidly approaching - touch wood.
