I've got all that and more. Just let me know where I can meet you onsite to optimise what you need.
cheers, DL
A long shot but, would anyone here have a coarse and fine sieve for chasing sapphires and a couple of gold pans, they no longer need?
Thar's gold in them thar hills!

If you haven't already, get the book " gold fossicking in Qld " by Barry Neville. Comes with a great map of goldfields in Qld, and heaps of tips and information. [ Although I don't think anyone has struck it rich from fossicking. All this rain will have uncovered some gems on the usual fields.] A great excuse to get out there, if you need one.
I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food
A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking
Thanks, Bob. In the 70s and 80s I had a Qld 'Miner's Right', which gave me fossicking access to places like Jimna which, unfortunately was canned because of people with powered mechanisms stuffing the place.
The Sunday Creek area was quite good.

Yeah did a bit of scratching in the NT around Timber Creek, nothing serious. Sunburn & hangovers was about our lot, also a bit around Kilkivan when the daughter taught at Gayndah, another try near Emerald. Good fun, but as a prospecter I made a good bird watcher. Still, It gets us out there.

Well why we are talking fossicking
Our creek flows into the Mary
A tributary that flows into the Mary nearby but from the north is gold bearing over many years.
My ex- geotech engineer BIL who use to deep drill for shiny stuff in the Pilbara reckons the strata in our valley is a solid maybe for gold
We live on the first big corner (hard rock base) and slow down after a few tribs combine
His words - dig down to the bedrock and work the sediment you are in with a better than even chance for gold
Chances are some old scratcher has had a go since the area was settled in the late 1800s
Anyways ramble off
If an AULRo wanted to play in the creek and was happy for some “help”‘from my little fella I’d be keen to negotiate within the beer economy ?
