    Update:- Contacted by national importer / Exim International (Australia), new hose assembley in the mail.

    So YES, these "Napoleon" Canadian - designed, Inscrutably built.. BBQs are fully and cheerfully supported.

    The quality on any Chinese manufactured product is directly related to the specifications requested and paid for.

    And provision of your own QA in China. Products do not leave the factory until paid for and if the product is not as represented, upon arrival, tough, no warranty.

    True. Buyers always have QAQC representation in local manufacturing areas.
