astonished a few that they ere not as healthy as thought they were.

Especially the morbid obese vegetarian.
Her diet was lacking in any goodness, no legumes etc, just sugar and high traces of chocolate and bread eating.
she was then worried about having having diabetis 2. she was spared, so probably go back to her old ways, me thinks
