So Ron...
If we're going to catch up next Monday morning sometime I will need to block some time out in my diary.
Do you have any guesstimate of your schedule ?
Who else is interested ? Hardy? FenianEel ? Captain rightfoot ?
There is a Gloria Jeans Coffee in West End - might be the easiest for access and parking etc.
South Bank is tricky to park without paying - but it doesn't bother me.
Any objections, alternative suggestions
Cheers
Dave
Despite my earlier assertions that anytime was good for me... my wife and son are now going to some breastfeeding clinic from 9 till 5. If you ask me it SUCKS :D :DQuote:

SLICE is a great place to go, particularly after a heavy night next door at the Uber.
However, Monday evening is the LROC Brisbane July general meeting.
So Captain, that is where you should be ;)
Unless Ron is interested in joining us as a guest, which he would be more than welcome to do, then an evening gathering is out for me.
Dave
Ron,
Be glad to catch up - as Dave said we are just down the hill from Hardys.
Keith was born a Kiwi, left Caboolture yonks ago )his folks live at Mooloolaba - and he is a kick ass musician and good bloke.
The valley is THE palce to go these days, , (particularly Tom's Bar in Dooleys :D  )which will be no more in about 3 weeks:(
The valley is very different from what it used to be, it was the place to go if you wanted to find hookers, drugs, knives, weapons, trouble or the whole package! You might see a bum or two or the odd tart, but it's gone completely the other way - almost too trendy;)
Anyway, I'd be available for a catch up most times.
It has all gone pear shaped.
I had the annual termite inspection and treatment done on the house last week. It seems I have some work to do when I get to Coffs - they found live termites.
As a result, I don't know which day I'll be there.
Ron
That's bad news. Little muching buggers stopping your munching. Let us know with as much notice as you have and if something works it does :)Quote:

I've got an appointment Tuesday morning with the Techncal Director for Termaguard who put the termite protection system in place.
One problem is that tenants don't worry about letting soil build up against weep holes thus giving termites access to the house.

If he is he's ashamed of it, as in his bio he claims he's an Aussie. Last year took Country Musics highest award of Top Male Singer.Quote:

Funny when they get famous we want to give them away to some other country...Mel Gibson, Russell Crow etc we should be proud thay want to be Aussies.
No worries at all CR, you do what has to be done, everything else can wait - a new baby is a challenge in the best of circumstances. Give me a shout if there's anything at all I can do to help out - seriously.Quote:
