Has any one heard from John tins lately?
Since we had those bad storms here recently in the Ranges and the loss of power and bad phone reception along with the havoc and destruction of falling trees with roads blocked etc just hoping John is safe.
On another note. pretty disgusting to hear houses are being looted whilst the owners are away to safety, the amount of Disaster Tourists coming to gork. The fire wood scabs coming with trailers being in the way of emergency workers clearing the hundreds of fallen trees over roads and crushing cars and houses and trying to restore power which could take a month for some homes.
It's bitter cold at night and many are enduring it without electricity.
Then to top it off a woman had to be rescued in the National park, apparently broke her leg going for a walk on a track , climbing over fallen trees. This brainless twit wasted Ambulance, CFA and SES resources to get her rescued from the closed National park, it took a couple of hours for rescue workers to cut an access path over fallen trees and amongst hung up trees, the widow makers. But there's more'! an emergency worker passed about 30 people in groups with children and walking dogs amongst this , these disaster tourist going about their business with out a care to the danger
and that the park is closed.
Looks like he was last on at 2.38 on Friday - not since. He could be out helping others which he is always up for so probably busy?
Yes, absolutely disgusting behavior by some up your way - these sort of events bring out the best - and unfortunately worst of people.
