A worthy Champion. But what about Dylan? It can be truthfully said there has never been any one like him in World tennis. Stuff the virus. we've got Ash & Dylan.
I知 pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking

She's a winner. Nothing false about our Ash. And Dylan ? Now there's a real champion.

Regardless of her current place of residence, she's done a great job and should be rightly proud. To be fair, Ash might not have brought home the recycled electronics, but I can't knock her for :
A ) being good enough to be there in the first place; and
B ) giving it a red hot crack.

In the pool, young Ariane would be showered, changed and at the pub for a counter meal before I'd hit the timing mat, and on the court I'd probably be lying broken screaming "ooooowwww me back" with Ms Barty on the other side of the net asking me if I wanted a cold-pack (not laughing at me, because she has class).

Actually, for all the bits I've watched this far, I can't fault our team for not giving it their best. I'll refrain from commenting on the other countries "Sorry team, I know I took the place of someone who really did want to compete but they're being mean to me on twitter so I'll leave you all in the lurch and retire because I made a mistake".

Haven't we been doing well in the hockey?

Ash is still in the Olympics, playing mixed doubles with John Peers. They won their match against Greece last night.

It is interesting watching the different sports, I watched the Ladies Hockey against Netherlands which we won the other day, and I think they are incredibly brave to play, and then I heard someone was off to the side of the court getting stitches which often happens during games!

Somehow I'd missed there was a mixed doubles up until that match. I caught what was televised of that one.

Odd you say ladies hockey. I was talking to my wife last night and commented that the olympics has me watching sports I wouldn't traditionally be interested in "like ladies hockey". Same as with the winter olympics I really get into Curling.

Yes me too, normally I'm not a big sports fan, but last night I found myself watching the Matildas' soccer game against Great Britain, it was a high scoring game, (7 goals) as they ended 2-2 so went into extra time where GBR scored a third, so our ladies had equalise with a 3rd and then scored their 4th and final goal for the win, which means they go through to the medal round. When it went into over time I was worried they wouldn't show the whole game, as they might have something else scheduled, which would be annoying like the other day when they showed AUS v USA but changed channels for the 2nd half, and I missed it as I had the TV on "Live Rewind". By all accounts the 2nd half was boring as both sides just played safe.

Ash & John lost last night against Russia, but are in a 3rd place playoff match today for a Bronze medal.

Did any one watch the indoor bicycle race , where the carbon fibre handle bars broke off the Australians bike? Lucky he didn't get badly injured.
