Jaw dropping Emerates advertising stunt not for the faint hearted

And no CGI involved. Whatever they paid her wasn't enough.

I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking

All the UAE money wouldn't get me to stand up there.

I'd do it. I love heights. She'd have a harness on. How'd she get up there? I want to see that one!

I seen a doco on the making of that tower and people hanging from slings working just below where she is standing. If you have a close look there is a pole of some kind behind her but still very amazing feat.

On the doco they climbed a ladder up the inside and come out a hatch win the top, I assume that’s how she got there. I forget how many steps it was straight up but enough to know you need to be very fit not to mention the no fear of heights.

I wonder how many metres that top platform thing moves horizontally at 800 or so metres on the vertical. Anyone know if there is any horizontal movement up there?

I do know that, in a reasonable breeze, the Murgon water tower sways a brick and a half, measured off the old Commonwealth Bank building, when looking from the top of the tower. This was in 1975, though.

There would have to be horizontal movement, or it would snap like a gingernut biscuit.
I'd be up for it, I love heights too.
