I would like to say a BIG thank you to all those that have been vaccinated, it has kept Mario and myself safe especially for Mario. Those that don't have the jab, they think it all about me me me. What happen to the Aussie spirit we all pull together They don't care if the pass it to there parents or grand parents, or people with health issues. I know there maybe some that can not take the jab due to reaction. I know everyone is tired but we can not drop the ball now other wise this virus will rip Australia apart. Rant over. Heather

Interesting about omicron and" natural ongoing immunity"

Overall, immunity from Omicron infection is much lower than the immunity from Delta infection, correlated with the severity of infection. So unless you get a severe infection with all of its consequences you also don’t get immunity from having another infection.

Hey with WA borders still closed how come Justin Langer can just fly back into Perth the same day he announced his resignation and just walk out of the airport and not taken to quarantine - the inconsistencies continue. It would seem the rules only apply to the great unwashed.

BTW, influenza isn't "the flu", meaning some form of the common cold: the last time I had the actual influenza I was literally unable to stand up - it's incredibly debilitating. And I was young and very, very fit.






Those countries are highly vaccinated and/or have vaccine mandates. France isn't "getting on with life", they have the same vaccine pass requirements that we have, but are apparently relaxing when masks have to be worn outside.

Just like many othe "approved travellers" arriving in WA Langer would have HAD to folow the rules just like everyone else, Even the "Great Unwashed".
