It appears as though one needs a Diploma in Super Advanced Scientific English just to read the application Form.

Yes, my bad, I misread that.
However there is a problem with the building sites: this from the 5th of September:
On one Melbourne site alone the number of infected workers ballooned to 68 by Sunday from 20 on Friday .....
A consultant likely infected workers at the $220 million Panorama Box Hill high-rise residential project at 826 Whitehorse Road – where the cases had surged – and the same person was also thought have spread the infection to workers at another site at 35-51 Hancock Street in inner-city Southbank, Master Builders Victoria chief executive Rebecca Casson said.
The Panorama site as at 13 September had 120 cases:
Covid-19 commander Jeroen Weimar said 120 cases had now been linked to the Panorama construction site in Box Hill, highlighting the risk of spread the exposures linked to the industry posed.
So perhaps half of the “linked construction cases” are from a relatively small number of sites.
Was a big call to shut most of the construction industry down at this stage.
Bloody Consultants, they think their **** doesn't stink & they go & do that to the community.
I wonder whether that project will come to a grinding halt?
Dan should be a happy boy today.
Thank God/Dan Vic. has got something else to take their mind off C-19 today. Better watch out for flying house bricks where ere you walk today.
Hell no! 90 lashes each while lashed to the foremast, for the lot of 'em, J1. Feet manacled so they can't move around the step of the mast. That should sort out the unwashed Layabouts.
Alternatively Keel Haul the lot of them. Are you aware we haven't had a good Public or Private Keel Hauling in donkey's years? Bloody Pussy cat society we live in today no-one is ever up for a good Keel Hauling. The undersides of HMAS Adelaide should be enough matey, she should have enough Barnacle growth on her bum by now. Aye.

I went into Bunnings and a counter assistant at the trade desk was making it obvious he wasn't interested in wearing his mask other than on his chin.
On the 3rd day I visited (where were his superiors ?) I went up and pointedly told him it was not on and none of us like being curtailed with mask wearing, we just do our bit, and was he thinking about what would happen if he was outed on social media ?
I then went home and sent a polite email to the store concerned about the non compliance, also pointing out the lax attitude of unmuzzled large dogs on leads and if the rules had changed to pls inform me as it was such a big deal a while back and my pooch would love to be unmuzzled.
That was 2 weeks ago, not even an automatic acknowledgement of email received .
Haven't been back yet, noted some of the shoppers were no better.
Click and Collect only here in the ACT for the plebs - order a $1000 worth of stuff that is listed as being in stock and still no advice to collect. Two emails chase up - no response - a visit to the store and had to wait outside and they knew nothing of the order and coud not assist further. So waiting, waiting, waiting.
Click and Collect at Jaycar was a 1 hour turnaround - much better service.
