Who remembers the good old days (pre-COVID) when quite a few of us gathered at JDNSW's place for the tenth anniversary celebrations?

It was a great weekend and a chance to meet so many of the people who had previously only been a username and an avatar on my computer.

I am so pleased that I stumbled on this site in 2006. I was about to upgrade from my Series III to a 1998 300tdi and wanted to get some idea about what to look for. The forum has been a great resource over the years and I have enjoyed the online and personal contact with some marvellous people.

Congratulations - has been a good place to hang out over the last 18 months.

I concur great site, I joined to fix my D2's 3 amigos and stayed due to all the other amigos on here. I've found people are really friendly and helpful on here, on any and all sorts of topics, unlike some other sites I've seen where they can be rude with a bad attitude.
