My misses gets along with my mom very well. My mom has a lot of yarn, it seems to spill over into my house these days

Ah well, happy wife happy life seems to be the case indeed Then again, I can't complain (yet) since I have a shed 360m2 in floor space that is -filled- with my crap

It seems that it is the same story at all our places
The wife’s collection seems to grow and grow, I worry about my own collection not hers, but she seems to have a say in everything I bring home

12 months ago she came across a horse float, good condition, previous owner had just spent $1800 getting the brakes tyres and a couple of other things tidied up
I had my ear chewed off telling me how much the thing was worth and the previous owner just wanted it gone (no more horses)
Wife could have it for what she had just spent on it
I told her to go get it

I just found a mini excavator, under half price to what there worth (same story, previous owner wasn’t using it and just wanted it gone)
Geez, did I get an earful just mentioning it.

When I brought it home, the neighbors would have thought “what the ****, who’s brought a banshee into the neighbourhood”
Two words came out of my mouth to tame the for said
    “Horse float”

Now I just hear about how it destroys the garden every where I drive itFemale intrusion

when we purchased our current place 5 years ago it came with a shed about the size of an oversize single care gararge.

SWMBO commandeered this shed as it was far to small for me.

    I had a 12m x 20m built for me.

    Keeps us both happy.
    Dave.

I was asked " Is it ignorance or apathy?" I replied "I don't know and I don't care."
