Kelvin, anything an everything would be great. you denoted WW after a couple of models, what is that?

Especially interested in some good pics of the 6x6 vehicles, especially inside the ambulance to compare with mine.

Love the Avatar mate, not wanky at all

Would love to go back in, I need it!! I'm fading away to a block of flats
Wanted an M4 for that photo but beggers can't be choosers. Julian is still in, now a Sgt at last and at HQ in Randwick. We're all in the same bldg so i see him from time to time. How about Ross Runge and Brad Peters, does that ring a bell? Dave and Brenden got out a few years before you get there so it was just a chance.
I'm just hanging on for my 15 yr service medal then I'm out. If you haven't done every year in the proper manner ( and who with a decent job can ) you don't qualify for the medal.... Bastards.

You should run your own BFA's CDO cse barrier is 12 Heaves, 100 situps, 60 pushups in 2 min and the 3.2k run, in patrol order and runners in 16:30

I built the new electronic BFA forms that quite a few bases are using. Tried to get extra cash by offering to hard code passes for selected people but no one was interested
Oh well would have been for the best who knows what they would have thought when you did one push up and passed

Have almost done nothing (other than the very odd surf & round of golf in the last 2 yrs)!! And I used to love PT

I got the specs and was going to attempt to get superfit again

They've been on my noticeboard for 2 mths
    60 push ups (2 mins)
    100 situps & 10 chins
2.4k in patrol order in 11min
15k march in marching order less than 2 hrs
tread water 2 min swim 400 fully clothed

I look at them often.....might even go for a run one day

My routine revolves around abdominal work

I sit up - then get out of bed - ok thats enough for today

The important "go back to bed" part is missing...it is important that after such stressful exertion an appropriate opposite procedure is followed to allow the muscles to "cool down".
