I want to do a turbo upgrade and an intercooler for the OKA, and there's no sample I can use. Gotta build it from scratch.

I know Hose Co in kewdale sell the silicone hoses in straight lengths, I’m sur there’s a hose supplier close to you, buy some stainless steel mandrel bends, hose clamps and cut and clampSilocone hosesSilocone hoses
You might need a spot weld or to to help the hose bight.
This is what my mate done for turbo charging his old Datto 1600 years ago

Gotta use the right sort of hose clamps with silicon hoses............ they're the ones that have the thread in a round bar at 90 degrees at the end of the strap.

Don't know what they're called, but readily available.

Most times I'd agree but not for silicone intercooler hoses, slightest whiff of oil and the hose will come off under any sort of boost, the worm drives bite into the silicone hose to stop this happening.
    Fine for coolant
