In the last twelve months or so second hand car prices have dropped markedly, and four wheel drives more than most. This is the result of lower new car prices (and very competitive selling) and higher fuel prices. Diesels obviously are much more in demand than petrol vehicles, so prices are much higher for them.
Although what has happened is that petrol engines have dropped more than diesels rather than diesels going up.
But older four wheel drives will vary in price very much on condition and history rather than actual model year or mileage, and for many Landrover models the market is so small that it is very difficult to say there is a "going" price for any particular model.
