    arm vs stanley trimmer

    Hi Guys
Using a stanley trimmer to cut packing straps and managed to insert a 5cm gash up my left forearm.Only neatly cut the skin, didnt cut into the meat.Got sent to the medical centre and was told to get it stiched up.All stitched up and 2 days off.

You would be surprised how thick the skin is.You could see the muscle in there, nice sharp blade and it was still bloody cold so bugger all blood.Just like skining a sheep or rabbit.

    Forgive this observation Andrew:

You lot seem to be accident prone but lucky...I have a mate who attracted personal damage...joining the Army as a Doctor cured it.

That avatar reminds me of a TV show from the seventies with a bunch of blokes dressed in animal costumes driving 6 wheeled ATV's.
