Do you do mobile repairs, Trout?
If you don't like trucks, stop buying stuff.

A mate posted a pic of 353mm to 8am this morning then 500mm a short time later. 1/2 a metre before lunch. His house in at the top of a hill. I did ask if he wants my boat if it continues

    Keep safe you Northerners

NO problem, Send me sideways or upside down pic's and I will sort them out for you in a jiffy just for you Old Mate
Here's a thought maybe "Preview" the images that you post Before you post them and make sure that they are correctly orientated prior to posting would alleviate any problems

Never owned a PV (always wanted one) But I seemed to do OK in various other vehicles in my younger days

Beerburrum weather station, about 12-14km northish from me, recorded 293mm in 24hrs to 9am this morning (26/2) and as at 2130 (qld time) has recorded another 234mm since 9am, in just 12hrs.

There is A LOT of water around this area as shown by Saitch's concern for the cake shop. Currently there are 216 road closures in the Moreton Bay Regional Council area. It is not a time to be on the road unless it is absolutely necessary and even then a great deal of care must be taken.

Unfortunately forecast is for more of the same tomorrow, with the system moving slowly south(ish). We've smashed the record for the wettest February here.

We used to call them dual purpose vehicles

    Work trucks,and umm,recreational vehicles,if you know what i mean.

Anyway, back on topic, its still hosing down, hasnt stopped since Thursday. Not just drizzle, pouring at times.
The Logan river is way up,not quite up to 2011 levels, but not far off.See how it goes in the morning with a high tide, and its around 2.5M,so up a bit as well.
