    Got Him!

Some may remember that last Anzac Dat I posted a thread relating how my D3 got broken into by someone smashing the rear passenger window and pulling himself over the broken edges. At the time I mentioned that he left blood behind and the forensic boys collected samples ................. well ....................pinged!!!, the sample had a match on the police computer, obviously he had some form, and he will be charged.
Believe it or not he has indicated he will plead "not guilty" ????????? wonder how his blood got inside my car?
Have advised the Insurance company they are going him for the costs, but knowing these type of people he probably has nothing.

But a good result..................although I would like to give him some physical pain as well

Richard he'll probably take you to court for having glass that cut him, while out for a jog when he slipped over and went through your window etc etc

great news Richard but don't expect to much from the courts. this turd will turn up to court with his legal aid lawyer saying that his client is a junkie or on methadone and that his father abused him as a child etc..etc. and the judge will slap his wrist and say don't do it again. then this little turd will get into his stolen car and drive home.

the best thing you can hope for is that the judge has had his car broken into or stolen recently and decides to take his revenge and throw the book at him.

Whilst casually walking down the road at time/date/location. I was travelling by the plaintiffs Land rover and slipped on a disgarded pool of oil. This resulted in my person falling head first into the plaintiff's car window. I was bleeding to death and obviously suffering from temporary insanity as a result from the concussion induced by the plantiffs blaintant disregard for his placement of a pool of oil. I had no mobile phone on my person to call an ambulance therefore I borrowed the plaintiff's wallet to call an ambulance.
I could not find a pay phone in the immediate vacinity of the incident and my pain was to intense to bare any longer so I used the Plaintiff's monies to purchase and administor pain relief

I like the way you have made deliberate spelling mistakes so that it looks like it was written by the low life concerned.
