Back on topic. It has been mentioned that some people have moved on for different reasons, no longer owning a LR product etc.
I, like most people who came here did so because we own, or did own a LR. Having done so, I have made a lot of friends through this place and I would regularly come here for more than just LR advice.
Apart from the friends that I have made and met, the regulars that lived in remote areas and interstate that I never met, felt like a pen pal, that I may get to meet one day.
Then there was the time one would be on a holiday interstate and would advertise wishing to meet and greet a few Aulroians. There would be a plethora of offers.
I know that there used to be one in Melbourne where a group would go to table 8 at pub, with a saying that what happens at table 8 stays at table 8.
Sadly, none of this seems to happen any more.
