    Vale Burt Bacharach.

An amazing composer, singer and songwriter, passed at 94. He was also a record producer and pianist of note.

Noooooooooooo. One of my favourite soundtrack composers, and his album with Elvis Costello was just awesome.
    Still, nobody gets out alive.

The album " To Hal and Bacharach " is worth a listen, with artists covering some of his songs.

That's very sad news to hear One of the greatest in my book.

Burt Bacharach, Hal David and Dionne Warwick were almost like a singing group, Burt Bacharach would write melodies, Hal David would do lyrics and together they would present it to Dionne and she would deliver, and they had many many hits. This track is one of my favorites, but most people associate it with Aretha Franklin, but this is the original

Oh yeah Jerry. Sometimes at night I play this one on my vintage Tannoys. Spine shivering stuff.
