Coincidence Paul when the neighbor admired his garden the next day I bet he thought
"WACKO"
There is a God after all, just what I was looking for & I wonder whether it will fit a Wiles Cooker?" [biggrin]

34 on my truck, although only 30 the other night.
Had a laugh the other night. On my way back to collect my repaired trailers, about 45 kays from Gundagai a call came over the radio that there was a wheel and tyre on the fog line.
Bugger me, 5 kays up the road was one of my wheels and it had a blown tyre.
Which brings me to think that I had a blown tyre that was vibrating badly enough to shake the wheel nuts loose.
They were just cut out for it,
Cheers
With modern vehicles fitted with a tyre pressure warning if this had been fitted to the wheels would have alerted you to a potential problem. Non of my cars have this feature.
Some years ago in my youth I was on a cycling holiday. I was overtaken by a tour bus. It was fitted with fancy wheel trims. As it was passing me one came off hit the road bounced over my head and bounced off the ditch and over my head again, even though I had travelled a few yards.
A few years ago my wife and I were travelling in the 110 and heading around the corner. Coming towards us at a sedate pace on the opposite site of the road but crossing over to our side was a truck wheel. I got stopped and the wheel gently kissed my bumper and stopped. Seconds later coming around the same bend at a much greater pace and much out of breath was the truck driver. Gave him and the offending wheel a lift to the truck. It was from his trailer.
Glad you were not severely injured but I suppose the paperwork was monumental from the firm/insurance company.
