    Great looking bars guys. Congratulations.

    Glen,
When do you think you may have a suitable rear bar for the D3.
My standard rear bar has copped plenty of bumps and scrapes lately.

One more thing glen, do you do anything in the way of a rear bar for the D1? If so have you got a link to a site with some pics or something? Matt

    Hey Matt

I have a rear D1 and D2 bar, both are high clearance units, the corner sections are a little differant for D1 to D2, both have heavy lamination to the corners. I can do a intergated Tow hitch in both bars but I recomend to retain the original hayman resse bar as this offers the best protection for the fuel tank in Disco 1 & 2.

I have slightly changed the design so that a swingaway for tyre or fuel/highlift is a bolt on accessory rather than a modification to the bar so NO holes to drill, will fit on via existing bolts. The tail lights supplied are LED and I have ungraded the reverse light to a Bosch Fog light, 55 watt or will take a 100watt H3 GLOBE.

As normall I build these bars to take high impact. they mount both back of the bar and forward braced to the chassis. There is a trim needed for the rear lower 1/4 panels to make it fit but most people can do this them selves.

I can offer either 2 tow rings or a reciever hitch as recovery points. Finish is Satin black or Gloss colour matched or standard gun metal grey metalic 2 pac these bars are similar to a classic rangie rear bar. link up to my site www.brotherscustomshop.com there is a couple of pages with pics showing rear bars. CAMOs rangie has one on it. as does BOLTS D2.

I may be a bit ruff round the edges, but I take a lot pride in my bar work.

And yes I do offer discount to Forum members. I have never broad cast the fact.

The D3 bars are next on the list after the new 110 bars, I need to get my hands on a D3 for design. You may end up with a very attractive price on your bar "hint hint". However the bar that I design will be high clearance heavy duty with standard mounts for swingawys and from memory there is a Xmember to brace a skid plate to. Price will not be over the top, I have seen some of the rear bar and swingaway prices, very scary.

LoL Steinzy was so excited to see the bars on, I had not put bolts in the forward mounts for the bar, and the front bar was just sitting in position with bolts shoved thru the holes.
