Mate he didn't go to Ayres Rock with that fuel consumsion he must of gone right instead of left somewhere and ended up on Mars.
Thats over 42 tanks worth in my disco

Includes drive from Brisbane to Melbourne, across and up to Steep Point then back over. That's what I was told anyway..............

There is a miserable white bearded old Pratt here in the Armadale area of Perth ( I hope you read this ) and I have waved 4 times and he looks at me as if I'm a gay stalker. He drives a white defender like me but stock standard. But there is a 130 driver who always gives a wave and a smile in my area. The old fella I need to pull him out at a set of lights and force him into the drivers seat of the nearest Toy Pratto where he would be at home.

Friend of a friend who just did the Leyland Brothers West-East 40th anniv crossing says the desert flowers just starting to come out - should be spectacular by the time we get out there. Wish I could have been on that trip...............

What do you expect. Of course other Landy drivers are going to wave to a pretty lady driving another Fender. It would be most of their fantasie's.

I was only thinking about waves today as we drove around town in the Fender.

We've found 9 times out of 10 another Fender driver will wave...unless its a woman... except me...I always wave
Disco and Rangie drivers almost never wave ( we now only wave to them if they wave first)

It can be difficult understanding the waving policy of different drivers. In the NT a few years ago driving a Series III LWB, I was fairly sure that what was happening was that most people waved (or returned a wave) unless they were driving an NT registered vehicle or they were a woman.
Just as I became confident that I understood the pattern, I was waved at by a woman driving an NT vehicle.
