    It seems only fair to follow up on the naming and shaming example. I believe the example given in the first post has been sent home by the judge. Not sure if it will go to appeals and what not but quite the story to follow!

    I don't think there is enough spare revenue in AULRO to host a Christmas party, let alone fight an unnecessary and horrendously expensive legal battle.
