    D3 and Aftermarket GPS

Was wondering if it is at all possible to plug in an aftermarket gps to the D3 HSE's screen? Where would the antenna go? If it is possible, would save heaps on the optioned one and would be able to use the screen already in.

I will say probably not as you would need a video input to the cars lcd screen and a gps that outputs a video/vga signal, most likely a laptop or pda.

    D3 HSE Screen?

    Hi,
I don't think they come with a screen standard... all the press photos show the screen - but that is an option included when you buy the factory sat-nav at $6100 RRP.. what a bargain!

Jonesy63 is right. No screen if you don't option the basic GPS.

Some people have put an aftermarket GPS into the cubby hole this screen fits in.

I myself use the cubby hole for the ICOM UHF and suction cup the Magellan GPS to the front screen.
